FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Summary: Position requires a valid Class B, good driving record and work history, professional appearance and customer orientation, and the ability to lift and move 50-90 pound products.

Duties and Responsibilities:

E = Essential Functions

E	Good customer service skills. Must maintain friendly and professional attitude with all customers and potential customers.
E	Must have CDL B license and air brake endorsement.
E	Knowledge of Oahu Streets
E	Clean driving record (must present driving abstract)
E	Able to drive standard or automatic transmission
E	Able to transport cartons weighing up to 100 lbs
E	Able to use/operate wagon, hand truck and electric pallet jack
E	Complete vehicle maintenance report every two weeks
E	Maintain condition and cleanliness of delivery vehicle
E	Complete Driver Inspection Reports daily and submit to manager
E	Perform deliveries according to schedule in a timely manner
E	Verify total box count of deliveries; present billing invoice and collect payment, if necessary
E	Must be able to work overtime
E	Must comply with all Department of Transportation Regulations – Must immediately report all accidents to manager & follow the proper procedures as set by manager. – Adhere to company policies and procedures. – Other duties as assigned by Manager or Assistant Manager

Education and/or Experience – High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills – Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Mathematical Skills – Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.

Reasoning Ability – Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations – Valid D.O.T. medical certificate required. Valid CDL B license and air brake endorsement required.

Other Skills and Abilities – Ability to function with minimal supervision.
